Our philosophy

A very warm welcome to the Women's Wellbeing Collective; we're happy you're here. The WWC was founded by Amy in 2020 to support women in a holistic way to promote growth in all areas of their lives. We are all about looking after the mind, body and spirit and finding joy, peace and balance in our busy lives. 

​Our underlying philosophy is that of connection. Modern life can often make us feel disconnected from ourselves, each other and the natural world. With so many competing priorities and distractions, it is easy to lose focus and lose sight of our equilibrium and our goals. The Women's Wellbeing Collective is here to guide you, to support you to rediscover your vision and goals, to develop your higher self, and to find your inner peace.
