Amy is a qualified and experienced yoga and meditation teacher holding space for women to rest, reflect and reconnect. Amy is passionate about creating safe and accessible spaces for all women to practise yoga and find their flow. Amy teaches inclusive yoga classes in London and is the founder of The Chakra Series: Yoga and Meditation for Beginners.

Thank you so much for the incredible yoga class! I look forward to it every week and am enjoying doing yoga regularly. 
The first time I came, the first two or three sessions, I needed people to help me get up. Now I can sit on the mat, I can get on my knees, and I can stand up by myself.
I come with pain but the class is so relaxing and soothing. I just want to say a huge thank you and please keep the class going. It's so spiritually and mentally revitalising. My body aches a lot of the time but I find this class so incredibly helpful. Thank you.
